Registration Procedure:

1. Contact Pancho Macias 315-2296 or pancho.macias@yahoo.com to hold a spot to hold your spot
2. Download and fill out player forms (youth form for U18 and below). Please make sure forms are complete; Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
3. Provide a picture and proof of age for each player. (Player passcards work well as both age and picture are present)
4. Make check payable to Saenz Productions in the amount of $525.00 + $10.00 per player for USFF Membership (League insurance included)
5. Contact Pancho when completed and for drop off information

• Please note that incomplete packets will not be accepted
• WInter schedule will be posted 1 week prior to start of season
